- The developer has one year to complete the work at your property (if required) according to the snag-list, which was done at the handover.
- From the day of handover, you have one month to inform the developer if you find any other defect while living in the property.
- 2 years from the handover, all the detachable “items” of your property are guaranteed. If you find any defect, you have to inform the management company of your residence. The management company will take necessary action with the developer to get it fixed.
- During 10 years, the structure of the building is guaranteed. If you find any defect, you have to inform the management company of your residence. The management company will do the necessary action with the developer to get it fixed.
If you buy a ready property, on the day of signature of the ownership contract, the notary will provide you the keys.
