In keeping with family’s business tradition and taking it to the next level, I joined the team as the Managing Director of Vendôme International Property. I am the daughter of Mr. Laurent BAILET, the CEO of the group. I studied the French Law and had gained my experience by working in Notary Public’s office. I am graduated from Lyon University in business Management and French Law.

I joined the group back in 2009 as a Property Consultant in Evian (France) branch. I was dealing with local French clients. My job profile helped me in gaining vital knowledge of the French real estate market and the various regions of France around Lake Geneva (Lac Leman). I moved to Middle East in 2013 to manage the UAE office and to develop business in other countries like Kuwait and Qatar.

I am graduated from Lyon university with Master in Business Management. I joined the family business in 1994, and created a company for off plan project in 2 000. I developed my company LB Immobilier over the years, and diversify the activities to propose 5 real estate offices in France, off plan projects development all around Geneva Lake and in Ski resort, building management, property management, short and long term rental services.

To be closer to my clients from middle east, I decided to open a branch in United Arab Emirates in 2010, and I am pleased to let you know that my team will be bringing you various investment opportunities across Europe and in Dubai.

I am a proud member of Vendome International Property team and is focusing on Spanish Real Estate Market. My main goal is to find the dream property for my clients. Being native Spanish, I know perfectly the areas of Costa del Sol, Madrid and Barcelona. As soon as my client gives me their criteria for the property that they are looking for, I guide them from A to Z, from finding the most suitable property to helping them to move into their dream home. During summer, I am based in Marbella, to welcome and assist my clients, organizing the viewing of our real estate projects, arranging their meetings with the developer, Law firms and the banks. I am also able to travel and assist my clients on site in Spain any time, upon request. Graduated in Economics and Business Administration (UEX) from Spain, I have over 14 of experience in Finance and Corporate departments at the World Trade Center in Barcelona, where I developed different roles as New Projects and Business Development. I have passion for building and construction. I am graduated from Cadiayaad University in Marrakech in Civil Engineering in 2008. In 2010, I joined Groupe LB as an engineer. I worked as a representative of the developer on each construction site. I was responsible for the projects to be finished according French regulations for construction while in keeping with the special requirements of the clients. For the next 5 years, I gained the valuable experience in the construction industry and learned to coordinate client’s requirements with the engineers on site. Being a native Arabic speaker and my work performance with Group LB, the head office decided to relocate me in UAE office in 2013. My main role is to meet all the clients from Middle East, understand their requirements, offering them tailor made solution, providing them technical support and guide them according to French construction laws. In addition to this, my job role includes, offering property consultancy services to Arabic speaking clients.
