VENDOME INTERNATIONAL PROPERTY is located in Dubaï and is part of the GROUPE LB established in 1980 in the famous Spa town of Evian-les-Bains, near Geneva. We are developer in France for more than 35 years, and we offer best properties in France, Spain, Morocco and Thailand. Joined the group back in 2009 as a Property Consultant in Evian (France) branch. Marie was dealing with local French clients. Her job profile helped her in gaining vital knowledge of the French real estate market and the various regions of France around Lake Geneva (Lac Leman). She then moved to Middle East in 2013 to manage the UAE office and to develop business in other countries like Kuwait and Saudi Arabia.

I am a proud member of Vendome International Property team, focusing on Spanish Real Estate Market. My main goal is to find the dream property for my clients. Being native Spanish, I know perfectly the areas of Costa del Sol, Madrid and Barcelona. As soon as my client gives me their criteria for the property that they are looking for, I guide them from A to Z, from finding the most suitable property to helping them to move into their dream home.
Sales Area Manager
I have passion for building and construction. My main role is to meet all the clients from Middle East, understand their requirements, offering them tailor made solution, providing them technical support and guide them according to French construction laws. In addition to this, my job role includes, offering property consultancy services to Arabic speaking clients.
I have been representative of LB Holdings, parent company of Vendome International Property, in UAE since 2003. With the wealth of experience that I have, I help my clients and give them the best advice according to their property requirements. I share strong relationship with my clients. To make the purchasing experience pleasurable, I am in regular contact with the Notaires, Banks, Developers and Embassies. I have been working in the capacity of Sales Manager since the inception of Vendome International Property back in 2010.
Thailand Property Consultant
Accomplished Senior Real estate Manager with more than 19 years of progressive experience in customer service, sales, marketing, real estate acquisition, international development in Europe, Middle East and Asia. My main role is to identify business development and new potential strategic acquisitions trends in Asia. So I focus on sourcing in Thailand, analyzing, determining opportunities, developing solutions, and managing marketing projects for our clients in Europe, Middle-East and Asia.

Technical and Sales Coordinator
Listening to my clients is my key to success, pursuing their requests and accompanying them during all the stages, is my duty. And, seeing their satisfactions is my goal’. I graduated from the University of Law, and pursued professional training in management and marketing. I joined VIP as Marketing and Technical Coordinator. I coordinate with developers and notaries, in order to facilitate the process for our clients. I speak French, Arabic and English, which gives me an added advantage to communicate with various parties involved in the process. With the help of my colleague Eng. Khalid MAHMOUCH, we work together with the clients for any property modifications they may ask, present them with the interior choices and give them technical assistance. I am very passionate about my work and always at the service of my clients.
